Over 50% of the current Revenue Operations team at Brex has been promoted into their current role. While some of these have been your typical 'title bump', they have moved a number of people from frontline GTM roles into the Ops & Strategy team.
Most notably, 5 individuals moved from Onboarding & Support Specialist positions into CX Strategy roles. This type of movement is ideal within a team, since it allows you to absorb valuable business context on how those teams actually function; however, it requires a strong leadership layer within Rev Ops to support that level of organic training & development.
